The staff were all courteous, polite.

The hotel's location was very comfortable and really nice, only a 10-15 minute walk from Truman Little White House.

I have stayed in a suite with a storage and dresser. Also, the location is marvellous, minutes from The Ernest Hemingway Home and Museum.

The room was absolutely perfect and beautiful and had private bathroom plus a fridge and glassware. The beds were exceptionally comfortable, heated pool area. The venue was in a central location so close to all shops and stores.

This venue is perfect for exploring the area with incredibly friendly staff and an amazing central location close to everything you want to experience.

The room at this place was clean and updated, located by the front window, with a lovely breakfast of bagels and orange juice served by the friendly staff.

The staff, especially the manager, was very accommodating and provided all the necessary information. The room was spacious, updated, and had a great balcony, front window, and a comfortable king bed. The inclusive breakfast offered plenty of options.

The hotel has an excellent location, very convenient to almost everything. It is near to the fabulous hub of old Key West activity and many restaurants.

As a solo traveler, I loved the helpful staff, convenient location on Duval Street, and assistance with reservations and recommendations. the buffet breakfast was healthy and delicious, with a variety of fruits, bagels, cereals, and more.

The suite I stayed in at Duval Gardens had a great balcony, a modern bathroom, and a cozy bed. It was a pleasant surprise to have a shower, hair dryers, and bath sheets provided. The location of the hotel was fantastic, just a 5-minute walk from South Beach. I must also mention that every staff member I encountered was exceptional.
